Thank you for shopping on our website! To ensure service quality, we have the following refund policy: Products without quality issues are not eligible for return.
For orders without quality issues (such as incorrect size, personal preference, change of mind, etc.), we cannot offer returns or refunds.
Products with Quality Issues
If you receive a product with quality issues or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos or relevant proof. We will provide a refund or exchange service.

Returns are subject to conditions. Your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and to which the package should be sent. We do not accept items returned without a return request.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Customized product types cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We apologize, but we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned items whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and post refunds.
