Logistics Policy: Order Processing Time

We typically process and ship orders within 1–15 business days of receiving them.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Orders: Small wholesale orders can be shipped via express courier services (such as SF Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, and Deppon Logistics). Shipping costs are calculated based on weight/number of pieces.

International Orders: Small wholesale orders are recommended to use economy international logistics services (such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx). Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

All logistics costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

International Orders: 7–20 business days (may be extended depending on the destination)

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to special holidays or force majeure events.

Logistics Tracking

Domestic Express: A tracking number will be provided after shipment. You can check the logistics status on the courier's official website or mini-program.

International Logistics: Some economy logistics services offer tracking; some may not be trackable in real time. Please be patient in case of delays.

Damage and Lost Items

Please check the packaging and quantity upon receiving the goods. If there is any damage or loss during shipping, please contact us within 3 business days.

We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the actual situation.

Notes

Small wholesale orders are generally not eligible for bulk shipping discounts.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless otherwise agreed).

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid additional shipping costs or delays.
